Order Processing Time

All physical orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days from our studio in Australia.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please allow additional time during promotional periods or public holidays.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times (Australia Only)

We currently ship within Australia only. All orders are sent via Australia Post, based on your selected shipping method and delivery address.

Estimated shipping times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (optional at checkout)

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external courier conditions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: $14.95 AUD

  • Express Shipping: $19.95 AUD

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $100 AUD

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. You can follow your parcel’s journey using the link provided.

Digital Products – Gift Vouchers

BotaniKa Herbals Gift Vouchers are delivered instantly via email once your purchase is complete.
You’ll receive a separate email containing your unique voucher code and instructions for use.

No physical shipment is required for gift vouchers. They are available for immediate download or email delivery and can be used at checkout for any online purchase.

Delivery Restrictions

Please note the following limitations:

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a valid residential or business address at checkout.
