At Botanika Herbals, we want you to feel confident and supported when purchasing our herbal skincare and wellness products. While we hope you love everything you receive, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be needed.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30Â days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
Please note: Due to the nature of herbal and personal care products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items, or on items marked as final sale or digital gift vouchers.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@botanikaherbals.com.au with:

Reason for return (optional but appreciated)
We’ll reply within 2-7 business days with instructions for returning your product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@botanikaherbals.com.au with a photo of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.
Digital Products
Gift vouchers and digital downloads are non-refundable. Please ensure all details are correct before purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of confirmation:

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
